CHRISTIE, Agatha : The Adventure of the Christmas Pudding...
Collins 1960
First Edition
Red Boards
The Book is in fantastic Near Fine condition with just a hint of dustiness and very light toning and mottling to the upper page block but very tight and generally crisp otherwise. There is a 'WH Smith & Son' library label stuck to the inner front board with an ink stamp to it that has no detrimental affect to the book as there are no other marks elsewhere and the label resembles a 'bookplate' in style.
The Dust Wrapper is in great condition and essentially Near Fine with some light surface marks to the rear panel and very light sunning to the spine but extremely bright overall. There is a small closed tear to the base of the front cover but it does not distract from the overall condition.
This book is the only Agatha Christie first edition published in the UK that features stories with both Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple.
A superb book indeed.
